Utilities within the property

Please read

Disconnection of utilities in the property is the responsibility of the seller. You will need to source an electrician, plumber and/or “Gas Safe” Engineer to disconnect and remove all utilities from the kitchen before any work commences. This includes any electrical sockets that are hidden in units, so we can safely remove all kitchen units.

UKE Dismantle Team CANNOT disconnect:

Electrical

Fuse spurs/sockets in/on the kitchen units
Multiple fused spurs/sockets in kitchen units
Disconnection of any ‘electrical’ appliance connected in to a ring main
Split Load Consumer Units
Distribution boards and control panels

PLEASE ENSURE:

If you have an alarm, someone is on site who knows the alarm codes for security purposes:

Plumbing

Instant hot water dispensers and food waste disposal systems
Disconnect and cap off at the point of entry to the kitchen unit for all sink/tap appliances. Including the removal and cap off of stop taps
Disconnecting and removal of pipework/radiators (relevant to the kitchen units)

Gas

Any gas appliances – e.g. gas hob, gas oven, etc
Removal of air conditioning/HVAC pipe work and units

As this is a crucial part of the kitchen removal, we ask that you tick below to confirm that you understand that all the above utilities will be disconnected from the kitchen prior to our team arriving.
